TRAINING SUNDAY

With the first match approaching fast on 9th September, The Crusaders will be training this Sunday at 10.00am in Underhill.

Please BRING GUMSHIELDS - As last season there will be a NO GUMSHIELD - NO PLAY policy adopted by the coaches for everyone's safety!

Also, remember your trainers for Lyndon's fitness session!!
