Gumshield left at training

Mike has picked up a gumshield left at training on Wednesday
If it belongs to you, Mike will bring it along to the game on Sunday

Scrum binding and engagement

Look at the way the two teams bind up. Both props are square but not tight. The hooker's foot acts as break before engagement, but then drops back. The flankers and locks work together. The All Black flanker has a high, short bind, so his elbow is bent. The flankers are in a normal scrum position (like that of a prop).

Training Wednesday 5.30pm

Training again this wednesday 5.30pm in underhill.
We will be training EVERY WEDNESDAY at 5.30pm

THERE WILL BE NO TEAMER TEXTS FOR TRAINING!
