Christmas party info

Meet in the 360 cafe Thursday evening 6pm for a game of beach rugby with boys/dads/mums followed by some food for the boys.
The weather doesn't look too promising but there are changing facilities and showers so a change of kit and clothes is probably a good idea.
The £10 for each player pays for their food after the game also. Parents will be able to buy food/drinks from the cafe.

No game this Sunday

Xmas party money

Please remember to bring your £10 Xmas party money to training tonight

It is now at 4.00pm on the Astro at Ashleigh Road and NOT 4.30 or 5.30 as previously sent out via Teamer.

Christmas Party Payment THIS WEEK

The Christmas Party has been booked for 20th December as you know.
Please reply YES to the Teamer text if your son will be attending at a cost of £10

If you are not able to come please reply NO
I need to let the 360 centre know numbers by THURSDAY 13th Dec so please can you reply to Teamer BEFORE 13th.
The deposit has to be paid for the confirmed numbers on Thursday 13th and I will collect payment from everyone on Friday this week at training.

Crusaders Squad Xmas Party

This year we are organising a little party/fun game for the boys to celebrate Christmas.
The party will be at the Swansea 360 Café and Sports Centre opposite St. Helen’s and consist of a game of rugby on their floodlit beach rugby pitch followed by some hot dogs/Pizza/Wedges type buffet food for the boys in the Café afterwards.

The Party is being arranged for
THURSDAY 20th DEC approx 6.00pm

We will have exclusive use of the centre for the evening, and adults are welcome to join in the fun game of beach rugby. Catering is for the boys only.
The cost for each player is £10, which will cover the catering and pitch hire for the evening.

The £10 must be paid at least 7 days before the 20th December.
I will be handing out some forms for everyone at the game on Sunday and collecting payments from  Sunday also.

P.S. The Santa on the left looks suspiciously like Lyndon :)
