Great turn out at Aberavon. 20 boys, 4 games, sausage beans and chips.

Two matches coming up again. Half the boys will be at Bishopston to take on Pontardawe, half will be travelling to Dunvant. Details will be sent out via teamer txt.

Aberavon Match on Wednesday

Disappointment this morning for the Neath Squad. There must have been an East-West Climate divide this morning as conditions at Fall Bay were ideal. Happily we can satisfy everyones hunger for rugby this week with a specially arranged match at Aberavon. Instead of training on Wednesday, all the squad will be playing a match against the Green Stars. Kick off is expected to be about 5:30. Final details will be sent out later today via teamer, so everyone can make travel arrangements.

Blog back in action - Weekend Matches

Crusaders on the Road again this weekend (21st Feb) in pursuit of total rugby for all.

With lots of rugby coming up, we are getting the BLOG back in action. Please keep responding to Teamer texts so we know if anyone can't make it.

Half the squad will be going to Fall Bay. Directions: On the South Gower Road, at Scurlage, on the right just after the village on the way to Port Eynon.

Sunday 24th Plans

Two matches this weekend so plenty of rugby all round.

The Crusaders will take on Penclawdd AWAY, and Neath Athletic at HOME (Bishopston).

For those going to Penclawdd, the match will take place at Graig-y-Coed playing fields. Drive through Penclawdd, and just when you head out of the village (on the way to Llanrhidian) the playing fields are up on a bank on the left (surrounded by a big fence).

Slight change of plans at Penclawdd - please get there for 10:00 for a 10:30 KO

Bishopston still 10:30 for an 11:00 KO

Sunday 10th - Indoor Training at Bishopston

As expected all matches are cancelled this weekend (Sunday 10th). However we have secured the Sports Hall at Bishopston for indoor games, fun and fitness. We have the hall between 1:00 and 3:00. Meet at Bishopston at about 12:50.

To give us the best chance of a game, we have moved the KO time to 11:30, when we hope the pitch will be soft enough. Please wrap up! All players should bring trainers as well as togs. If the ground is firm, trainers will be better. Rugby club (not cricket club) will be open for everyone afterwards.

Both Swansea Uplands and Penlan have cancelled. All rugby off tomorrow.
